Returns Policy

At Pet Toy Barn, we want you and your furry friends to love every purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
• Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items that have been used, chewed, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at paws@pettoybarn.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.

Important:

• Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.
• We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

3. Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a $9.99 restocking fee per order. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original method of payment, less the $9.99 restocking fee and any shipping costs originally paid. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after receiving your returned item(s).

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Clearance or final sale items
• Personalized or custom-made items

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at paws@pettoybarn.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.
