How It Works

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the following:

• The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• A $9.99 restocking fee will apply to all returns.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus the restocking fee.

What’s Not Covered

Our guarantee does not cover:

• Items that have been used, chewed, or damaged after delivery.
• Items marked as final sale.
• Gift cards or personalized products.
