Q: What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer a flat shipping fee of $6.99 on all U.S. orders. Enjoy free ground shipping on orders over $49. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 7–10 business days, depending on your location.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.


3. Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on eligible products. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Returns are subject to a $9.99 restocking fee, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Q: How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, contact us at paws@pettoybarn.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We'll provide you with return instructions and authorization.

Q: What items are non-returnable?

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Personalized or custom-made items
